First of all the product is of incredible quality!! You can count on it not splintering, not smelling bad, and most of all not upsetting your dogs tummy.
But where Farmers Fetch really shines is in their integrity as a company. Here's my story:
My product arrived to my post office since I live rurally And I happen to be out of state for a week
The owner personally emailed me letting me know that he noticed I had not yet picked up my bones and they were concerned about the humidity spoiling them. He also gave me instructions on how to care for the bones once I receive them.
I didn't know it was time sensitive and sure enough by the time I got home and got my package, there was some mold on the bones. (These are fresh And natural so of course if you let them sit in the box unattended for Two weeks this is bound to happen..This responsibility was totally on me)
I let him know via email that indeed I was too late and he resent my order!! They're so good they would've been worth re-ordering and paying for it since it was completely my fault. What a standup company in today's weary world!
I will be a customer for life!!! All the fur babies in my life we get these forever, for every occasion!
This was purchased as a gift for my neighbor’s dog. While it took a long time to arrive and I was asked to review days before it arrived…As for the bones: HUGE, smells good, and seems to taste good ( I was tempted to sample)… it is so good in fact that Mila doesn’t respond to calls if I am empty-handed and HER bone is in front of her.
That is one happy dog right now. My neighbors are happy and tell me Mila is so focused on gnawing on HER bone that she thinks humans are just a distraction. lol.
Now knowing it will be a looooong shipping time to Hawaii I will probably order the even bigger bone in the future and accept that it will get here, when it gets here.
Apologies again on the longer than expected shipping time to Hawaii. Working on an economical solution to this for our customers in Hawaii, but haven't been able to solve yet. Might need to hand deliver and stay for a week or two...!
